This rate is only available for purchases between 45 and 90 days
prior to arrival and subject to availability. Our discounted room rates give you
the best possible price with the following restrictions:

• This rate is an internet rate only.
• Payable in advance by credit card. (2.5% surcharge applies for Amex & Diners card)
• Non refundable & credits not available.
• Cannot cancel or transfer to another person.
• This rate is for an un-serviced room for a maximum of 3 nights.
  Every 4th night will attract a Housekeeping surcharge of $20.00.(Pay Direct)
